Job summary

davidlloyd Swansea is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our premium health and wellness clubs. You will help deliver quality meals and exceptional service in a busy Club Room, 7 days a week, while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for members and their families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and enthusiasm for hospitality. Benefits include free club membership for you and your family and access to our benefits suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service environments.
• Ability to engage with members and guests in a friendly manner.
• Strong listening and collaborative skills to support a team.
• Desirable emergency response qualification.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality food and beverage service to members seven days a week.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming Club Room environment.
• Assist in delivering consistent, attentive service to all members and guests.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant we are looking for someone who is:

• A team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can show a genuine passion when engaging with individuals
• Strong listening and collaboration skills
• Previous hospitality experience
• An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.
