Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester Salford Quays is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant on an occasional basis, paying £12.71 per hour. You will be at the heart of guest experiences, delivering excellent service and helping create memorable dining moments.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of food and beverages to guests.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
