Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to joins its team in London. You will deliver warm, efficient service in our outlets, listen to guest needs, and make thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Working in a busy hotel environment, you will handle payments, clear tables, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This role includes uniform provision and staff meal benefits within a supportive hospitality team.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is the only hotel with direct access to Terminal 2 and is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth Line. The hotel has 369 rooms and some exciting food and beverage outlets, including the Runway Bar, which offers amazing views of the airplanes taking off and landing. It has five conference rooms for up to 65 people and features a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

• Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
• Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
• Raising bills and taking payment.
• Clearing and re-setting tables.
