Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Front of House Supervisor at Northwood HQ to lead a hospitality team, deliver outstanding service, and advance your career in a dynamic environment.

You’ll manage staffing, stock, and training, ensure cleanliness and service standards, and help upsell food and beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Applicants should be UK-resident, have right to work, pass DBS, and bring a positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front-of-house preferred but training provided.
• Must have UK residency for past 3 years and right to work; DBS checks required.
• Positive attitude, effective communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service daily.
• Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training.
• Maintain high standards by following cleaning schedules.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities.
• Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Share menu knowledge with customers and train new starters.

Front of House Supervisor – Join Our Team at Northwood HQ

Location: Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP
Pay Rate: £14.12/hour
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
Shift times: TBA

What we’re looking for

• Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
• A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
