We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, FNP Quality Support Officer to work within our 0-19 Service in Wakefield.
The Quality Support Officer is responsible for a wide range of quality support & administrative functions including data management of the local programme. The collection, collation, input & quality check of data into the central Information System is a critical element of demonstrating how well the programme is being delivered at individual nurse & team level, with regular information being provided to senior managers, Boards & the 0-19 Clinical Programmes Unit.
Having oversight of the team's data, working with the Supervisor to ensure it is up to date & that reports are compiled for the Advisory Board & other relevant strategic forums is a core requirement of the role. Accuracy & timeliness of data inputting are therefore essential as well as competence with business systems & software packages. Support to create & manage resources, liaison with programme clients & a wide range of FNP stakeholders will also be required. To carry out this role effectively, the role holder should expect to be based with members of the FNP team in order to facilitate effective co‑working.
