Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to support site management in efficient, cost-effective warehouse operations. You’ll ensure the smooth daily running, delivering the required service to customers at all times.

Leading a team of warehouse operatives, you’ll drive receiving, storage, picking and dispatch to agreed productivity levels within budget, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective people management and reporting via MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse FMCG distribution.
• Knowledge of depot warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train colleagues.
• Proficient with MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of goods up to productivity levels and within budget.
• Maintain a safe working environment through effective team management.
