Job summary

Musgrave Group in Belfast is seeking a Re-order Buyer for our Marketplace to optimise stock across the Belfast operation. You will manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers and work with Trading, Logistics and warehouse teams to meet promotional and core demand.

You will analyse stock data, forecast requirements using Power BI and other systems, and report daily on performance to drive continual improvements in service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar FMCG role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and supply chain software.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage stock range in line with KPI targets.
• Place orders and maintain supplier relationships to meet demand.
• Coordinate with Goods In and warehouse to ensure on-time receipt.
• Analyse system reports to monitor stock levels and performance.
• Forecast stock needs using MDS and Power BI for promotions.
• Report daily and weekly performance against targets.
• Support busy periods with the rest of the team.
