Responsibilities

• Manage the Purchasing Assistant pool and direct workflow.
• Support professional development of direct reports.
• Deliver administrative services for the Buying team.
• Set and attain KPIs aligned with Group Purchasing objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of administrative processes.
• Evaluate new systems for efficiency and quality.
• Present updates to the Purchasing Senior Management Team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data quality.
• Support Purchasing Assistant pools as needed.
