Halecroft Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer for a fast-paced FMCG business in Trafford Park, Manchester. The role covers packaging, POS, digital campaigns and social content across a varied brand portfolio.

You’ll see projects from initial concept through to final artwork, collaborating with brand teams and designers to deliver high-quality output. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in graphic design, strong Adobe CC skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in graphic design (preferably FMCG/packaging).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in packaging design and artwork production.
• Understanding of print processes and artwork specs for production.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills.
• Experience creating artwork for print and digital formats.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and collaborative, receptive to feedback.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Develop concepts and design solutions across FMCG brands.
• Take projects from initial brief to final artwork and production.
• Design packaging, POS materials, brochures and promotional items.
• Create digital assets, social media content, website graphics, and emails.
• Adapt artwork across formats, sizes and channels.
• Support packaging development and print-ready files.
• Prepare artwork for print and liaise with printers and suppliers.
• Retouch photography and explore 3D renders or motion graphics.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Ensure all work meets brand guidelines and production specs.
