In this role, you will lead a Demand Planning Team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and maximising sales performance. Ideal candidates will have strong forecasting experience and team management skills. Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a forecasting or demand planning role within FMCG.
• Team management experience, ideally for at least one year.
• Ability to understand large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team to ensure strong service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting and demand planning processes.
• Oversee the forecasting system and provide user support.
• Manage documentation for international supply partnerships.

Skills

Forecasting experience within an FMCG environment

Team management experience

Understanding of retailer internet systems
