A leading UK retail company seeks an FM Service Support Manager to ensure the safe and sustainable operation of its retail buildings. This role involves overseeing maintenance services, compliance, and budget management while offering a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will have significant FM experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a full UK driving license.
Join our Facilities Management (FM) Team, and play a key part in ensuring the seamless, safe, and sustainable operation of our Waitrose Retail buildings. As an FM Service Support Manager, you will work closely with our Waitrose FM Service Delivery Lead to maintain exceptional standards, keeping our buildings safe, compliant, and running flawlessly. This collaborative role involves partnering with our branches to strategically align both Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services, driving us toward achieving critical annual financial, safety, and sustainability targets.
Salary - £46,500 - £73,500
Contract type - This is a permanent position.
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you\'ll be able to work a mixture between the office, home and other Partnership locations, based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
Location - This is a home worker contract, which will require up to 2 days a week to be spent visiting Waitrose branches in our East region (which covers approximately 180 branches from Norfolk to Scotland, including London). Due to the level of travel required, an essential use business car will be provided, and a full UK driving license is required.
