A leading facilities management company in the UK seeks a Lead Engineer - Mechanical for University Hospital of North Durham. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will oversee tasks, participate in on-call duties, and provide technical guidance. Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
