We are seeking a FM Coordinator to join our Mitie FM Team at Campsfield IRC, Oxford. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with customer service experience, responsible for managing phone call and email requests, supporting employees, and logging information onto a database. The role requires the ability to deliver high levels of service, remain professional at all times, and ensure that Mitie's policies, processes, and procedures are followed. As a FM Coordinator, you will be tasked with managing the flow of requests to ensure a continuous and efficient service.
Daily responsibilities will include answering emails, phone calls, and walk-in queries while logging jobs, sending quotes to clients for approval, and informing engineers of their daily workloads. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing reprographics and printing requests for training on site, as well as fulfilling the contract with our client and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
As the first line of contact for the Mitie team, you will be answering all calls and e-mails to the helpdesk efficiently, meeting the needs of customers and making full use of the available information and equipment. You must ensure timely input and output of all associated helpdesk data, and live monitoring of performance against SLAs. You should be able to work under pressure to meet with challenging deadlines while effectively managing workloads.
You should have a strong standard of both literacy and numeracy and be confident with your knowledge of Microsoft office. You can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills to support you in your role. You should possess good planning and organisational skills and can maintain confidentiality across the site while respecting the needs of all stakeholders.
