Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
  • Lead contract administration and scheduling function.
  • Manage end to end process for all contract reactive works.
  • Ensure planned maintenance tasks are scheduled according to requirements.
  • Achieve team's performance targets and objectives.
  • Direct line management of FM Scheduler.

About The Role
Main Purpose

The FM Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of reactive and planned preventative maintenance.

Accountable for leading the scheduling and administration functions; managing incoming calls, workforce planning and reactive maintenance. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role works as part of the Contract Management Team, and carries out the duties outlined below.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the contract management team, other FES stakeholders and take the lead on all aspects of the contract administration and scheduling function.
  • Manage end to end process for all contract reactive works and associated workflows, to ensure successful and compliant delivery.
  • Prioritise and implement emergency reactive responses and associated contract escalation.
  • Ensure planned maintenance tasks are planned and scheduled in accordance to SFG20 requirements.
  • Achieve the teams agreed performance targets and objectives.
  • Direct line management of FM Scheduler.
  • Maintain maintenance and reactive records.
  • Cover the duties of scheduler during annual leave.
