Position: FM Contract Manager

Location: Liverpool Street, City of London

Salary: GBP63,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an FM Contract Manager to join a leading facilities management service provider, overseeing the delivery of hard FM services within a modern commercial office building located close to Liverpool Street Station.

This role would suit a proactive and commercially aware professional with strong client-facing and technical management experience.

What you’ll do
  • Oversee the delivery of hard FM services, ensuring all agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
  • Lead and manage an on‑site engineering and support team, maintaining high performance and service standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing the relationship on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and deliver reports for both client and internal management reviews.
  • Develop operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Identify and manage opportunities to grow contract revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Represent the business at client and stakeholder meetings.
