The successful candidate will manage commercial aspects across a national FM portfolio and ensure compliance with contract agreements. Preferred qualifications include a proven track record in managing contracts worth approximately £30 million and strong expertise in cost control and commercial governance. Willingness to travel nationally is required.

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead all commercial aspects (Change Control, claims, semi comp pricing, variable costs, additional works) for all FM services across a national portfolio for our strategic client. This role is pivotal to the clients governance of successful delivery of FM operations and plays a critical part in managing cost and being compliant to the commercial aspects of various contracts.
While this is a national role with flexibility in location, there is an expectation for regular presence in Milton Keynes, where both the client and Colliers team are based. The successful candidate must be willing to travel across the UK to manage commercial issues.
