What You'll Do

On the Business Management Flying Start programme, you'll spend most of your time in a full-time role within our Operate business in Belfast, alongside structured study at Ulster University Business School in eight week learning blocks. This balance lets you blend academic learning with practical business experience. You'll work towards a BSc Hons Leading on Customer Operations at Ulster Business School over four years and complete a Higher Level Apprenticeship. Your study duration is four years, but your career progression continues beyond your qualification, with access to a wide range of opportunities at PwC.

What You'll Gain

Starting salary is £28,900 plus benefits.

What You'll Need

You should be on track for, or have achieved, at least a 112 UCAS tariff (excluding General Studies) from up to three full A-Levels (or equivalent), and a Grade C or 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics. Exams must be taken in the same sitting, and resits are accepted only if modules or papers are retaken in the same academic year.
