Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse FLT Drivers at our Tamworth site for a full-time role with fixed day and night shifts. You will operate Reach, VNA and Counter Balance trucks, perform stock checks and load/unload trailers, and maintain safe, accurate warehouse operations.

Candidates with warehouse or FLT experience are preferred; a valid FLT licence is ideal, but in-house training is accepted. Perks include an on-site canteen, free parking, PPE, full training, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or distribution environments.
• FLT licence preferred; in-house training accepted if not held.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and timekeeping.
• Commitment to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck and/or VNA equipment to move, scan, and store goods.
• Perform stock checks and inventory audits for accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers in line with safety requirements.
• Comply with health and safety policies and warehouse procedures.
