Job summary

Rapier Employment Limited is recruiting experienced Reach Forklift Truck Drivers for an automotive warehouse operation in Coalville, Leicestershire. This ongoing agency role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity and starts immediately.

You will operate a Reach forklift, load/unload stock, move pallets to racks, and perform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment, following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reach FLT preferred.
• Valid Reach FLT licence accepted.
• Expired licences considered.
• In-house Reach licences accepted.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Rotating shift pattern 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and transport stock around the warehouse.
• Carry out non-FLT warehouse duties as required.
• Place pallets into racking and retrieve stock as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced automotive warehouse and follow safety procedures.

Rapier Employment are currently recruiting experienced Reach Forklift Truck Drivers to join a busy automotive warehouse operation in Coalville, Leicestershire.

This role offers ongoing work through Rapier Employment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful qualifying period.

The Role

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and transporting stock throughout the warehouse
• Non-FLT warehouse duties as required
• Placing pallets into racking locations and retrieving stock as required
• Working within a fast-paced automotive warehouse environment
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Reach Truck experience preferred
• Valid Reach FLT licence accepted
• Expired Reach licences will be considered
• In-house Reach licences will be accepted
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
• £13.01 per hour
• Ongoing, full-time agency work
