Job Title: Forklift Counterbalance Driver

Location: Irlam

Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:00
• Friday: 07:00–15:15

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturer and distributor of lubricants for general industry, based in Irlam. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. You will work across both the warehouse and production areas, with approximately a 70:30 split between FLT duties and manual work. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a strong, supportive team in a modern and friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock movement
• Assisting in production processes as required
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months Counterbalance FLT experience
• Valid FLT licence (in-date)
• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across both departments
