Job summary

A logistics company in the Stourport area seeks an FLT Operator for a temp to perm role. You will support the warehouse team by managing incoming goods, picking stock, and ensuring health and safety. Essential qualifications include a valid FLT License and experience in logistics or warehouse environments. The role offers a pay-rate of £12.21 per hour, with Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm hours and a 1pm finish on Fridays.

Job description

My client based in the Stourport area is looking to recruit an FLT Operator on a Temp to Perm basis

Working within a manufacturing environment, you will be supporting the warehouse team moving stock and picking orders

Main functions of the role

• Receive goods‑in and manage discrepancies
• Arranging transport of goods including all relevant paperwork
• Picking Stock
• Assist with stock takes
• Updating company computer system
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times

Suitable candidate qualifications

• Experience of working in a logistics, warehouse or stores is essential
• FLT License ideally Counterbalance
• Basic IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail

This role is Mon‑Thurs 7am-4pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays and the pay‑rate is £12.21 an hour
