RIS in Peterlee is seeking a Forklift Operator to work on-site in a busy warehouse environment. You will operate counterbalance forklifts and a range of other material handling equipment to replenish lines, unload wagons and pick parts from stock.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience and a counterbalance licence (even if out of date). Shifts include days, afternoons and nights across a 36.5 hour week, with a 4% pay uplift from 1st October.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of FLT/Forklift Truck operating experience.
• A Counterbalance licence (can be out of date)

Mansioni

• Operate counterbalance forklift.
• Use other MHEs such as reach, flexi, pedstacker, bradshaw, linde, hilop and combi.
• Replenish the lines, offload wagons and pick parts from the warehouse.
• Free on-site car parking and access to an on-site gym.

Salary: GBP14.71 - GBP22.91 per hour

The Role: Forklift Operator

Location: Peterlee (On-site)

Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Excellent Pay Rates: (4% pay increase from 1st October)

• Afternoon Shift (20% premium): £17.65 - £20.36 per hour

Shift Timings:

• Days: 08:00 – 16:00 (Mon-Thurs), 08:00 - 12:30 (Fri)
• Afternoons: 16:00 – 00:00 (Mon-Thurs), 12:30 - 17:00 (Fri)
• Nights: 00:00 – 08:00 (Mon-Thurs), 17:00 - 21:30 (Fri)

What You'll Need:

• At least 1 year of FLT/Forklift Truck operating experience.
• A Counterbalance licence (can be out of date)
