Job summary

Adecco is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to support a busy team in Droitwich. This is a long-term temporary role offering ongoing assignments and an immediate start. Shift patterns are Monday–Friday with 8:00–4:30 or 9:00–17:30 and overtime possible; own transport is essential due to location.

Pay is £13.02 per hour plus Holiday Pay with weekly pay. Refresher training can be provided for expired FLT certificates.

Qualifications

• Own transport essential due to location.
• Expired FLT certificates will be considered with refresher training available.
• Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Unload containers.
• Manage stock via Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Re-stack pallets and organise warehouse space.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and office staff.
• Pick and prepare orders for despatch.
