Job description

My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit an FLT Counterbalance on a temp to perm contract.

The role will require you to work 5 days out of 7, based on 37.5 hours per week with shifts starting at various times including 0400, 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900.

Main Functions

• Operate Counterbalance FLT in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with order picking and stock rotation
• Observe Health and Safety at all times
• Support colleagues across the warehouse and production teams

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

• Suitable FLT Counterbalance License (not in-house)
• Previous experience in a chilled warehouse environment would be preferred
• Your own transport is essential so you get to the site for the early morning shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail

The starting pay-rate is £13.17 increasing to £13.53 with training.
