Job summary

A staffing agency is looking for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work in Saltney, United Kingdom. You will operate the FLT Counterbalance, load and unload deliveries, and maintain a safe working environment. FLT Counterbalance Driver – Saltney

Monday to Friday | 7am-4pm

Day Shifts Only | £12.91 per hour

We are looking for 3 x FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a dynamic and friendly team at our client's site in Saltney. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment where your contributions will be valued.

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm (with the possibility of earlier/later shifts during busy periods)
• Hourly Rate: £12.91 (paid for 42.5 hours/week)
• Overtime: £16.14 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the FLT Counterbalance in both the yard and warehouse areas
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Allocating products to their correct locations within the warehouse
• Palletising finished products for dispatch
• Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Willingness to work outdoors in the yard area
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
• Previous warehousing experience
