FLT Driver

Burton-on-Trent

£12.80 - £13.00 per hour

Rotating shift pattern

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity with a well-established client right in the heart of Burton. If you're looking for a role that keeps you active and offers long-term stability, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll be part of a busy packing and fulfilment operation that handles premium alcohol products. Your role involves working outdoors, loading trailers using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck-ideal for those who enjoy hands‑on work in a dynamic environment.

This role will operate on a 3‑shift rotating system which requires you to work the following shifts/days:

• Mornings 06:00am - 14:00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Afternoons 14:00pm - 22:00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Nights 22:00pm - 06:00am (Sun - Thu)

• A medical & driving assessment will be required with the client before being offered the role.

Pay Rates:

• £12.80 ph on Morning - Afternoon shifts.
• £13.00 ph on Night Shift.
• Holiday pay included in hourly rate available.
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

Job Requirements:

• A valid FLT CB Licence - RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
• Minimum 6 months experience
• Good communication skills
• Be able to complete any paperwork that may be required
• Experience in a similar role
• Clamp attachment and double handler experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
