Skyline Roofing Centres in High Wycombe is seeking a reliable Yard & Warehouse Operative with a forklift licence to join our busy branch. You will split time between yard duties and stock handling to support trade and retail customers.

You will operate forklifts safely, check stock, assist customers, and help keep the yard tidy. We offer structured training, a fixed daytime schedule, and a benefits package including life assurance, EAP, and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Licences: A forklift truck licence.
• Experience: Yard/warehouse environment with forklift experience.
• Skills: Strong multi-tasking and calm under pressure.
• Basics: Confidence with practical maths and basic literacy for stock checking.
• Attitude: Reliable, enthusiastic and team oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operations: Safely operating forklift trucks to move stock.
• Customer Service: Welcoming and assisting trade and retail customers.
• Stock Logistics: Loading, unloading, picking, and packing orders.
• Yard Upkeep: Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to keep daily branch operations running smoothly.
