Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited in Telford (Stafford Park area) is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to operate a Bendi/Flexi and Counterbalance truck in our warehouse.

You will load/unload, pick and pack, conduct safety checks, and help with goods-in/out while following health and safety rules. Shifts are 5:30pm to 4am, Monday to Friday, paid at £14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an FLT Driver.
• Valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently.
• Operating a Bendi/Felxi FLT in line with health and safety regulations.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Stacking, wrapping, labelling, and preparing pallets for dispatch.
• Carrying out goods-in and goods-out procedures accurately.
• Conducting daily FLT safety checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
• Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and hazard-free.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders where required.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties.
• Following all company procedures relating to health & safety, quality, and compliance.
• Completing relevant paperwork and updating records accurately.
• Manual handling duties, including heavy lifting (up to 25kg) and moving products safely.
