Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is seeking an experienced Bendi Forklift Driver to join a busy transport yard and warehouse in Kingswinford. The role involves roughly 50% Bendi forklift work and 50% handballing and general warehouse duties.

You should be physically fit, reliable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety. The position starts as temporary with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Bendi forklift licence.
• Previous Bendi forklift experience required.
• Experience in a warehouse, transport or yard environment preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods.
• Move and position stock around the warehouse and yard.
• Carry out regular forklift duties throughout the shift.
• Assist with manual handling and handballing tasks as required.
• Support general warehouse and transport operations.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

Bendi Forklift Driver - Kingswinford

Location: Kingswinford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Position: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi Forklift Driver to join a busy transport yard and warehouse operation based in Kingswinford.

The role is approximately 50% Bendi forklift work, with the remaining time involving handballing, manual handling and general warehouse duties.

This is a fast-paced environment, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, reliable and comfortable working at pace.

The Role

• Operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving and positioning stock around the warehouse and yard
• Carrying out regular forklift duties throughout the working day
• Manual handling and handballing as required
• Supporting general warehouse and transport operations
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• MUST hold a valid Bendi forklift licence
• Previous Bendi forklift experience is essential
• Experience working in a warehouse, transport or yard environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and handballing
• Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good awareness of health & safety
• Flexible attitude and willing to get involved with general warehouse duties

Working Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

£13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
