A premier resort in the Midlands is seeking a creative Florist to join their team. The role includes designing floral arrangements, managing inventory, and leading Christmas decorations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for floral design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with full-time hours during the festive season.
We are seeking a creative Florist to join our team. This role is contracted at 15 hours per week, worked over 2 days. In addition, for six weeks annually – from the last week of November through December – the position becomes full‑time to support our busy festive season and deliver exceptional Christmas displays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and seasonal decorations, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create stunning arrangements for a variety of occasions.
The on‑target earning potential for this role is £15,233.75 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £15,826.55 plus a qualified estimate of £592.80 gratuities per annum.
