About The Role

We are seeking a creative Florist to join our team. This role is contracted at 15 hours per week, worked over 2 days. In addition, for six weeks annually – from the last week of November through December – the position becomes full‑time to support our busy festive season and deliver exceptional Christmas displays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and seasonal decorations, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create stunning arrangements for a variety of occasions.

Salary

The on‑target earning potential for this role is £15,233.75 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £15,826.55 plus a qualified estimate of £592.80 gratuities per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, retail, resort display and custom orders.
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock is properly cared for.
• Care for all resort indoor plants.
• Advise customers on flower selection and arrangement styles.
• Manage orders, deliveries, and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Keep the workspace clean and organised.
• Plan, lead and install the Resorts Christmas decorations yearly.
• Maintain and manage current stock of decorations, ensuring storage is in good condition and stock is looked after.
• Select and purchase new decorations for Christmas.
