Flamingo Flowers in Sandy, Bedfordshire, is seeking Conditioning Operatives to support our production team. The role is crucial in ensuring that flowers are handled and prepared to the highest standards.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality and safety. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work across different tasks and areas.
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, horticulture, or food environments is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across different conditioning areas as required.
• Follow training, instructions, and standard operating procedures accurately.
• Handle and prepare flowers and products carefully to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure products are stored and processed correctly throughout conditioning.
• Meet productivity and performance targets set by your Team Leader.
