Job summary

Manpower UK in Sidcup is seeking a reliable Class 2 Delivery Driver for a permanent, full-time role delivering flooring materials across London and surrounding areas. You will perform daily vehicle checks, load/unload goods safely, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain professional customer interactions at all times.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Class 2 (Category C) licence, CPC Card, and Digital Tachograph Card, with multi-drop distribution experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence required.
• CPC Qualification Card required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Experience in multi-drop distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flooring materials to customer sites and distribution centres safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle maintenance is up to standard.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring products are secured for transport.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic PODs accurately.
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules and optimise routes.
• Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professional company representation.
• Liaise with transport team regarding schedules and issues on the road.
