Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee internal decoration and flooring for student accommodation in North Bristol. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and relevant qualifications, including SSSTS/SMSTS and a CSCS Card. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £250-270 for a project lasting a minimum of 12 months, starting in late July.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience overseeing internal decoration and flooring projects.
• Experience in managing trades and maintaining program of works.
• Ability to ensure health & safety standards on the site.

Overview

Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Site Supervisor to oversee the internal decoration and flooring of a high-rise student accommodation in North Bristol for a minimum of 12 months starting in July 28th.

The successful Supervisor will have demonstrable experience working on internals and flooring, ideally in student accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of trades
• Maintaining the program of works
• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
• Maintaining site records and progress reports
