Artisan Field, Inc. seeks a Floor Tech - Assigned Building and Area Supervisor to perform a variety of floor cleaning duties across different locations. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and using industrial cleaning machines, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in floor care techniques, able to work independently, follow safety protocols, and handle challenging situations effectively. This role demands physical stamina and attention to detail.
Performs floor work and special cleaning assignments in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors/exteriors in assigned buildings.
Reports to: Team Leader, Floor Tech Supervisor
Performs floor work and special cleaning assignments in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors/exteriors in assigned buildings. Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, strips, waxes and polishes floors using industrial machines. Cleans carpet with vacuum cleaners and by carpet cleaning bonneting system process. Assists janitorial staff with sanitizing restrooms, empties trash, on occasion using ladders, and dusts and washes walls, ceilings, and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds. Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, upholstery and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. May also sweep walks, remove snow, power wash, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks. Performs other duties as assigned.
