As a Floor Manager, you’ll lead by example, overseeing day-to-day operations across the restaurant floor. You’ll support and inspire the team, ensuring smooth service, a welcoming atmosphere, and consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service

Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and resolving any issues swiftly

Ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house

Train and develop team members, nurturing a culture of excellence and hospitality

Support the management team in driving revenue, managing rotas, and maintaining health & safety standards
