Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush to set the pace. The role demands presence on line, at the register, and on the floor, not back-office oversight, and requires the ability to manage speed, quality, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate will supervise operations, mentor staff, and drive performance while maintaining food safety, inventory control, and cost

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required — high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of personally running shifts and working stations, not solely supervising from the office.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes — daily expectation.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
