WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Principal or Associate consultant with strong Water EIA, Flood Risk and drainage strategy expertise to lead technically complex projects. The role will manage a small team, coordinate inputs, and interface with clients on planning and DCO related work.

We are looking for a Principal or Associate consultant who is experienced in the management, coordination and delivery of Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies and Water EIA projects to direct and lead teams on technically complex projects for a range of clients.
Our Birmingham office provides a hub for 16 water environment professionals across water quality, water resources, geomorphology, water EIA and flood risk disciplines. In particular, we are seeking a senior professional who can provide leadership to 3 team members who focus specifically on water EIA and flood risk.
The Sustainable Water Management business comprises over 350 staff across water consultancy and engineering. Due to strong and sustained growth we are seeking new colleagues who have experience in Water EIA and Flood Risk Assessments to further strengthen our technical capability and lead the delivery of a range of project work, including planning and DCO applications for major infrastructure development.
