A charitable support organization is seeking an Outreach Worker to assist young people transitioning to independent living in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role involves casework, building life skills, and providing practical support. Ideal candidates will have experience with at-risk youth and be flexible in their working hours. Applicants should also possess strong organization skills and knowledge of safeguarding practices.
This is a hands on outreach role supporting young people with care experience as they transition into independent living. You will hold a caseload and work with each young person to build confidence, develop life skills and move towards their personal goals.
