You will own end-to-end hardware design, validate through testing, and collaborate with suppliers to meet stringent performance criteria. Join a team tackling challenging, ethical defence tech with a global impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UAV hardware design experience.
• Experience across aerodynamic, structural, propulsion, or electronics subsystems.
• Proven prototyping track record delivering flying hardware.
• Experience with CAD/FEA/CFD tools and English communication.
• Experience validating hardware through tests and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UAV hardware design from concept to flight-ready builds.
• Work across aerodynamic, structural, propulsion, and electronic subsystems.
• Develop and iterate prototypes balancing performance, weight, power, and manufacturability.
• Define hardware validation and flight-readiness testing and document results.
• Evaluate components and materials with suppliers to meet requirements.
