Job summary

Resolve Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a Flight Handler on behalf of a client, a leading airline catering company based at Manchester Airport. You will be the main point of contact between flight staff and the company, ensuring accurate and secure delivery of meals to aircraft.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and ability to work under pressure, with a 4-on/4-off shift pattern and a pay rate of £14.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service background.
• Able to work well under pressure and part of a team.
• Proven problem-solving skills, efficiency and organisational skills.
• Self-motivation, commitment and the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads before the start of each shift and meet daily deadlines.
• Assemble inflight meals, special requests and products per flight specifications.
• Place security seals on trollies prior to delivery to flights.
• Deliver items to aircraft and confirm crew briefing for full catering.
• Ensure cabins are dressed to client specifications and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain packing plans and comply with security and hygiene standards.
• Load catering supplies into delivery vehicles and at the aircraft.
• Communicate effectively to minimise delays and resolve issues.
