Job summary

A packaging and labels manufacturer in Leeds is looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join their team. You will run flexographic printing presses, ensuring quality production in a busy environment while working on a rotating shift pattern including nights. The role requires strong experience in flexographic printing and a keen attention to detail. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of around £35k with an additional 15% night shift allowance and work within a supportive team.

We’re working with a well established packaging and labels manufacturer based in Leeds. They supply high quality printed packaging into a range of markets and run a modern, well organised production environment. Due to ongoing demand, they’re looking to bring an experienced Flexographic Printer into the team.

The role

• Running flexographic printing presses in a busy production environment
• Working across a rotating shift pattern
• Earlies lates and nights
• Setting up jobs including plates inks and colour
• Monitoring quality throughout the print run
• Working closely with production and QA teams
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
