Job description
Job Title: Flexible Work for University Students

Are you seeking flexible work around your degree? Have you considered a career within education after graduating? If so, please keep reading as we are currently recruiting University students for various roles available in Essex! These roles can be varied on days, hours and activities throughout the day, so whatever you may be seeking, we will have suitable opportunities available. Each role will be involved within the education sector in some capacity, so candidates with a desire of exploring a career within education are ideal. These roles are excellent for building experience working with children, whilst still completing your degree. As well as building much-valued experience, it is also a great way of securing a permanent position once your University course is completed. This can either be within a support position, or a trainee teacher role. Candidates that do not have a desire to work as a teacher in the future can still apply, as this is a great way of earning money in a very flexible manner (just to top up those student loans). However, these candidates should ideally have previous experience with any of the following either professionally or personally:

  • Youth/Community work experience
  • Care worker

If you feel like you may be suitable for these roles, please do apply here and we can discuss everything further. As an added bonus, we offer a cash bonus for any friends you recommend... So get applying! Requirements when applying (full support provided):

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
