Job summary

University of the Arts London is seeking a Digital Content Designer to join our Digital Public Platforms team. You will craft, edit and improve content across a range of digital platforms and products, using user insight and analytics to enhance clarity and accessibility.

Working within the Content team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the University, support CMS training, respond to enquiries via our virtual helpdesk, and drive continuous improvement through evidence-based content

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience creating content for websites, intranets or other digital platforms.
• Able to use evidence, analytics and user insight to inform content decisions and improve performance.
• Experience with content management systems, analytics platforms and online forms software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and improve content across a range of digital platforms and products.
• Respond to enquiries via the virtual helpdesk.
• Review and approve content created by others.
• Support CMS training activities, build online forms and surveys.
• Use analytics and user research evidence to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote user-focused content design across UAL.
