Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking experienced tutors to join our team in Wrexham and surrounding areas, delivering tuition to students from Year 1 to Post-16 in Maths, English and/or Science, in line with the UK national curriculum.

Sessions can be on school premises, at students' homes, or in public spaces; hours range from 1 to 15 per week, with potential for long-term relationships, flexible settings, and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering tuition in Maths, English and/or Science.
• Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
• Experience supporting students with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tuition sessions in Maths, English and Science following UK curriculum.
• Provide tailored support for academic and social development.
• Teach across year groups from KS1 to Post-16.
• Create and implement personalised lesson plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and student confidence.
• Engage with families to report progress and next steps.
