Job summary

Duncan & Toplis seeks a Trust Tax Adviser to deliver a quality compliance service to Trust clients and provide a broad range of tax advice. The role involves working with high-net-worth individuals, trustees and family offices across Grantham, Boston, Stamford or Boston.

The ideal candidate has experience in trust and estate taxation, strong knowledge of UK trust tax legislation, and relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• We have extensive experience in trust taxation and compliance across high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in trust and estate taxation within practice or specialist advisory environments.
• Qualified or qualified by experience with professional examinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialised advice on trust taxation and compliance matters for clients.
• Review Trust Tax Returns and assist in completion of tax returns.
• Manage own portfolio of trust clients for timely delivery of services.
• Contribute to broader tax advisory work, including distributions, planning and winding up trusts.
