Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Trampoline Coach to develop customers' gymnastic skills, plan engaging lessons, and oversee Assistant Coaches to deliver high-quality coaching. You will stay current with British Gymnastics guidelines to help pupils achieve goals and badges.

We value coaching experience in fitness or gymnastics, strong communication with pupils and parents, and the ability to motivate and track progress. Flexible working options and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in gymnastics/trampoline teaching and lesson planning.
• Ability to write engaging, progressive lesson plans.
• Strong people skills and ability to discuss progress with pupils and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare engaging, progressive trampoline/gymnastics lesson plans.
• Ensure Assistant Coaches deliver your lesson plans and maintain coaching standards.
