Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd are supporting Royal Mail to recruit flexible (temporary) Post Persons with Driving. You will deliver letters and parcels in your community, combining van drives with on-foot delivery along your round.

Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) and be physically capable of walking up to 20,000 steps per day while carrying mailbags up to 16 kg. Shifts vary and a driving assessment will be required at start.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts can vary; be flexible and able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your community as a Royal Mail Post Person with Driving.
• Drive a Royal Mail van on your route, with parts of the journey undertaken on foot.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure items reach their destination safely.
