Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) Collections Drivers in the UK. You’ll be on foot and behind the wheel, collecting mail and parcels in your local area while representing Royal Mail with a friendly, dependable presence.

Shifts vary across Day, Dawn, Early, Evening, Night and Lates, with hourly rates from £16.24 to £19.00. A full manual licence (6 points max) and physical fitness to walk long distances are required.

Qualifications

• Full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk long distances and lift up to 16 kg.
• Willingness to work shifts with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect mail and parcels from designated locations, in your local area.
• Represent Royal Mail with a polite, reliable service in the community.
