Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting flexible Teaching Assistants to work across Bristol and surrounding areas. You will support students in 1:1 or small group settings and assist teachers with lessons to boost engagement and confidence.

We welcome graduates and those with experience in education, childcare, care, youth work, coaching or support roles. Join a team offering flexible hours, weekly pay and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, childcare, care, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable).
• Positive and proactive attitude required.
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable to school environments.
• Willingness to work across primary, secondary and SEN settings.
• University graduates welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
• Provide additional support to students with SEND where required.
• Adapt to different school environments and year groups.
