Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our team on an ad-hoc, bank-hours basis at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites in the UK. You will run swimming lessons using the Swim England framework, delivering both one-to-one and group sessions while inspiring swimmers of all ages to reach their goals.

You’ll need a Level 2 qualification (ASA or Swim England), strong people skills and a passion for swimming.

Qualifications

• Requires ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills.
• Ability to teach swimming to all ages and abilities.
• Experience with Swim England framework.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Promote memberships by explaining the advantages our facilities offer.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
